My favourite scene is when Monica asked Quincy for a one-on-one game for his heart and if she loose she walks away but it she wins is because quincy knows that deep down he knows that the bond between them is too strong to loose. Quincey McCall Omar Epps and Monica Wright Sanaa Lathan grow up next door to each other from the age of 11, and they're bound together by their mutual love of basketball. The edge between Monica and Quincy in their one-on-one games gives Mr. Epps and Lathan who also co-starred in give strong individual performances, pulling back the curtain on their insecurities and exposing the fact that the both have a lot to learn as their relationship goes south under the stress of college sports.
